Here are some ways you can donate and fundraise.
We rely primarily on donated funds to help special needs rescue cases, spay, and neuter pets for low-income families and fund the new Fayette Love Your Pets events (which we hope to have more of).
In Memory Of
Celebrate the memory of a pet or someone you love by supporting a cause they care about. With a memorial gift, you can remember a loved one, human or animal, who has touched your life.

Special Occasion
Have a recent graduate, upcoming anniversary, or special occasion?
Your neighbor or friend help you out in a time of need?

Birthday
It’s your Birthday! What better way to celebrate than to keep making a difference for the thing that matter you! Party with a purpose!
Invite your friends and family to donate to the animals in your name instead of buying unneeded gifts, you’ll help change the future of animals in our area. Ask for donations instead of birthday gifts this year for you or your pet. Use your favorite day of the year to change lives.
- Ask for pet food (we love Purina ONE, Purina ProPlan products), toys, treats or money.

Corporate Fundraising
Create a company-wide experience with a corporate jeans day, bring your pet to work day, potluck, or sports bracket to support our mission. Be creative and see what you can come up with!
Set goals, for example, “Raise funds for 50 spay/neuter surgeries (avg. $75 per surgery).” Or do a food drive (our rescues primarily eat Purina ONE or Purina ProPlan products, since changing between food types frequently upsets their tummies).

Athletic Event
Start a Personal Fundraiser to help end pet overpopulation.
Make running or biking your next mile more worthwhile. Use your next sporting opportunity – marathon, golf tournament or other sporting event – to raise funds to support our mission. Raise a $1 per mile biked. The possibilities are endless.

Workplace Giving
Giving through work saves even more lives!
Donating through your employer’s workplace giving campaign is a simple way to help homeless pets. Many companies will even match your donation, doubling or tripling the impact of your gift!
Fayette Humane Society participates in workplace giving campaigns in companies across the country. Look for us in your company’s workplace giving campaign or ask your human resources department how to write us in.
Double your donation with matching gifts!
Your gift to Fayette Humane Society could help twice as many homeless pets. Many employers offer matching gift programs that double or even triple charitable contributions made by their employees. Some companies even match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses, too. And many employers also offer volunteer matching programs that match employee volunteerism with corporate donations! Check with your employer!
Strut Your Mutt
When you participate in the Atlanta Strut Your Mutt, you can choose to support and raise funds for Fayette Humane Society. Join the charity walk and enjoy the pet-friendly festival.
The event is held annually and is sponsored by Best Friends Animal Society.
