Jordan Whiteman

Pictured is Jordan Whiteman and his family’s Chihuahuas, Taco and Belle. (Belle was adopted from the FCHS several years ago.) Jordan, a third grader, is a member of the Pay it Forward Club at Peachtree City Elementary School and as a project for their club, the school collected pet food and other needed items to donate to the FCHS. The club is under the direction of Ms. Wood and Ms. Bernard who do such a great job exposing students to various charities in the community as well as those with life challenges. FCHS volunteer, Karen Arkin, was invited to speak to the group about what the FCHS does as well as to answer some very thoughtful student questions about animals. The students were also very excited to share stories about their own pets, showing how compassionate and caring young people are about the well being of our four legged friends. Thank you Pay It Forward Club and students and staff of Peachtree City Elementary School for your generosity and willingness to help the animals in our community.
